Green Jackfruit Cooking Tips

Preparation: Before cooking, wear gloves or oil your hands to prevent the sticky sap from adhering to your skin. Cut the jackfruit into manageable pieces, remove the core, and separate the edible flesh.

Cooking Methods: Green Jackfruit can be boiled, steamed, or sautéed. Its texture mimics that of shredded meat when cooked, making it a popular ingredient in vegetarian and vegan recipes.
