I received a box of soursop that arrived completely split open. I reached out on the very first day to report the damage, and instead of fixing the issue, they gave me the run-around. They "reassured" me it would be fine and told me to wait and see if it ripened.
I told them then and there that I wanted a real solution—I would have even settled for a simple replacement box—but they refused to be proactive. After several back-and-forth exchanges, the fruit (unsurprisingly) never ripened properly because it was compromised from the start. Once I reported that the fruit was a total loss, they stopped responding entirely.
The biggest issues:
Zero Accountability: No refund, no replacement, and no decency to make it right.
Poor Communication: They provide a phone number specifically for order issues, yet when I texted it, they complained and told me to email instead. I emailed, and they ignored me.
Overpriced: The quality of the product does not match the premium price tag.
Terrible Service: They have no interest in customer satisfaction once they have your money.
Businesses run like this won’t last long. Avoid them at all costs—no refund, no communication, and a bad product. Stay away!

When I received the fruit I was initially concerned because the fruit was very hard, however I followed the instructions and let it sit outside the refrigerator for 3 days and it softened up just like stated in the directions. I sliced it open and it was perfect. I had tried before when in the Caribbean so I knew what is was suppose to tasted like. It would be nice to include some of the leaves so that one make some tea using the leaves of the sour sop.

My first time with soursop fruit and learned that I had to wait for the perfect ripeness. Darker brown skin and mushy soft flesh! My first batch turned out good and the soursop has such a nice creamy texture and a great taste like a mix of a banana and a pear, yummy! My only complaint is the time it took for me to receive my order but when it arrived it was perfect! Will order again. Thanks

Hi, I'm from the islands. It arrived green, but I waited too long, and it was too ripe. Honestly, I wasn't able to get the full flavor. The jars were easier.
Maybe it should come with instructions. Most exotic fruits, people do not know how to prepare. Just a suggestion.

I really enjoyed the fresh soursop. When they arrived, they were still firm, but I followed the guidance to let them sit and ripen—and they softened pretty quickly.
Once ripe, the flavor was so good. I could taste hints of pineapple, which I loved. I tried it fresh after cutting it open, and I also blended it into a smoothie (I think with apple), and it was absolutely delicious both ways.
Definitely one of my favorites from the box!

The soursop ripened in 1-2 days. Since it was my first time trying it out, I had no idea what ro expect. The taste was delicious. The texture was slightly mushy but not in a bad way.
The cacao was ripe. The fruit was delicious. I will attempt to ferment and dry the seeds to make powder for a hot beverage. Looking at the instructions, not sure I will succeed.

I received the sample box of the soursop and avocados.
The soursop was delicious. We made a smoothie with pineapples and froze the rest for our next smoothie. The avocados were not fully riped when we received them, perfect in a few days just when we needed them.

Most of the soursop were hard to the touch, when I opened the box. I let them ripen, it took about 3-4 days. This one in the video was a little soft right out the box. It was really good. My mom juiced two of them and I ate another one. The remaining two are in the freezer for when I’m ready to eat them.
