While some prefer the raw bean, others might find it slightly bitter. Preserve the seeds! Dry, husk, grind them into powder, and whip up your homemade chocolate delights! Our Soursop arrives on the cusp of ripeness. It's ripe when soft to the touch, and slight pressure leaves an imprint. It must stay outside of the refrigerator at room temperature above 70-75 degrees to ripen consistently. While skin darkening and surface scars may occur, they don't reflect the fruit's interior quality.
