Well initially I ordered papayas a large box which qualified for free shipping. When the box arrived two of the papayas were rotten so I called the company and they sent two more papayas in the place and I had to pay for the shipping for that were those Papaya's arrived they were in worse shape than the initial order so I called the company again and this time they gave me a set of $40 credit first it was a $20 that they updated to a $40 credit then I ordered something else cuz I figured the papaya is that was something I'm not going down that road again and I had previously ordered I think the borough bananas which I ordered on and got on May 3rd and they're still not right and I just actually this morning had one of my porridge for the first time since I received them on May 3rd and it is the 26th of May so I ordered the soursop just a small box and that was the replacement cuz I used that money well when I ordered them I put the $40 in there they said I had the store credit or once I hit the pay now it only gave me $20 so I'm not sure what happened to that other $20 that they updated my store credit to 40 then only let me use 20 of it and this was from the same purchase and not two different ones so it should have been together then the soursop arrived and the first one wasn't bad at all it was a very tasty I actually threw it into a smoothie and but they were very small there are four very small smaller than my hand and I'd very got very little fruit maybe two tablespoons of fruit out of each one of them and there was one I had to throw away because it was rotten from the core all the way down through the center and spread out through the fruit so out of the the four tiny fruit that I received I got about two tablespoons out of each of those two for six cuz the one I threw away so I got six tablespoons of fruit. Over to The boro bananas by burro bananas I ordered them before and they were adequate I had no problems with them they were tasty they ripened up fine then I ordered them again in a large order with some key limes and this order didn't ripen up they've been there for 24 days or something like that and I put them in a bag with a piece of ripe and fruit and that still hasn't helped. Did the key lines I got in my initial order with my brother bananas in my pineapple his key limes were so dry I was lucky if I got one drop of juice out of the key limes themselves. When I first started the papayas were like I said great I was excited because I was going to be a monthly customer but with all this going on and then I guess the last straw was the not applied that whole $40 credit to my order cuz I had to pay for shipping too so that was an extra what is it like $37 for two shipments of a small nature so on top of that I ended up being screwed and I don't think I'm going to come back. I wish them well I hope they take care of their customers a lot better. I would have bought $100 or a little over up to $200 worth of fruit a month but not when I have to go back and forth with rotten fruit that and all right signing out have a good one

My first order was interesting. I had not experienced soursop before. I was not sure when to cut it, i.e. first day it arrived or let sit a day or two. I opted to let it sit for a couple days. It has an amazing taste, a nice fragrance when cut. I liked the taste but I was not sure what to pair it with. I would probably order it again now that I tried it. I would have rated 5 stars if I had known more about how long it would maintain its freshness.

I placed my order on 4-12-26 for the soursop sampler box 2-3 lb and received it on 4-16.However, one of the two soursops was spoiled (picture attached). I contacted iHeartfruitbox on 4-17 about the damaged item and they responded the same day that they will resend the item. The item was shipped on 4-21 and I received it today on 4-23. The soursop is in great condition (picture attached)!Thank you for the speedy reply and replacement.

Received 5 sour sops, 4 of them progressively riped and one of them turn hard and never did ripe. Cut open the hardened one and it is slightly black and tastes woody and bitter, nothing like the other 4. Searched up AI and it is likely chemically treated with 1-MCP and its ethylene was blocked and it will never ripe, just harden.
So I am a little disappointed with that one, obviously it was not picked after my order was placed. The email I got after I placed the order informed me that my soup sops are being picked and that obviously can't be all be true, chemicals need not to applied if they are just picked.

When I received the fruit I was initially concerned because the fruit was very hard, however I followed the instructions and let it sit outside the refrigerator for 3 days and it softened up just like stated in the directions. I sliced it open and it was perfect. I had tried before when in the Caribbean so I knew what is was suppose to tasted like. It would be nice to include some of the leaves so that one make some tea using the leaves of the sour sop.

My first batch turned out good and the soursop has such a nice creamy texture and a great taste like a mix of a banana and a pear, yummy! Hi, I'm from the islands. It arrived green, but I waited too long, and it was too ripe. Honestly, I wasn't able to get the full flavor. The jars were easier.
Maybe it should come with instructions. Most exotic fruits, people do not know how to prepare. Just a suggestion.

I really enjoyed the fresh soursop. When they arrived, they were still firm, but I followed the guidance to let them sit and ripen—and they softened pretty quickly.
Once ripe, the flavor was so good. I could taste hints of pineapple, which I loved. I tried it fresh after cutting it open, and I also blended it into a smoothie (I think with apple), and it was absolutely delicious both ways.
Definitely one of my favorites from the box!

The soursop ripened in 1-2 days. Since it was my first time trying it out, I had no idea what ro expect. The taste was delicious. The texture was slightly mushy but not in a bad way.
The cacao was ripe. The fruit was delicious. I will attempt to ferment and dry the seeds to make powder for a hot beverage. Looking at the instructions, not sure I will succeed.
