Passion Fruit Pro Tips
This fruit will arrive ripe enough to eat right away, but Passion Fruit is unique in that optimal ripeness depends on personal preference. The smoother the skin, the more sour the flavor. As it ripens more, it becomes wrinkly and softer to the touch and is when the fruit tastes more sweet than sour. The easiest way to consume this is to slice it open and scoop out the pulp. The seeds ARE edible, and adds a pleasant crunch. This fruit makes one of the best tropical juices ever! We blend ours with both the Pulp & Seed to maximize the health benefits.
